Orders shipping to the Continental United States can only get shipped to PO Boxes via USPS Ground Shipping.

UPS 2nd Day Air is guaranteed early morning delivery within 2 business days. Orders must be placed by 10AM PST/1PM EST Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 10AM PST/1PM EST on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, the order will not be processed until Monday the following week.

UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed next-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. & 12:00 p.m. Orders must be placed by 10AM PST/1PM EST Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 10AM PST/1PM EST on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, the order will not be processed until Monday the following week.

 

 

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories

Orders shipping to US Military can only be shipped in the Continental United States.

Any refusal of delivery will result in the return to our Distribution Center. Merchandise and tax paid will be refunded less the round-trip costs for shipping to your address and back to our Distribution Center. SENLIS reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any delivery refusal.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Shipments within the Continental US can expect arrival in 4-7 business days once shipped from our distribution center. All other orders will vary based on the destination country.

SENLIS is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping related issues. Under any circumstance, SENLIS is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
