Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased from SENLIS are eligible for a return if shipped back 30 days from receipt of your order. If returned within the return window, SENLIS will credit your credit card for the full amount of the returned merchandise. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. Upon receipt of the returned goods, SENLIS reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. If you return more than $7500 in a 12-month period, you may be subject to a modified return policy.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

United States

Step 1: Initiate The Return by going to https://shopsenlis.returnly.com/ and filling out your email address. You will be sent a return authorization email with instructions on how to return your item(s) and get your refund.

Step 2: Process The Return by clicking the link to start a return. The link will take you to our return site that will identify the products you have ordered. Please select the item(s) you want to return and select the reason for the return. You will then be prompted to confirm your address and presented with an estimated refund, less the return label fee, and will be prompted to “Confirm Return and Refund”.

Step 3: Download Shipping Label by clicking the link to receive the shipping label and email for packing and shipping your return. Pack item(s) by packing in the original, returnable packaging, remove any previous mailing labels, and take your package to any USPS location.

Step 4: Customer Notification “Set As Delivered” will be sent to you once SENLIS receives the package in their Distribution Center.

Step 5: Customer Notification “Process Refund” will be sent to you once SENLIS inspects the returned item(s) and refunds the credit card.
