All the produce is farm-fresh, organic, and local, and dishes include perfect summer options like watermelon and feta salad with toasted coconut, chilled lobster tails with charred corn, and spicy short rib sliders. Plus, with a little more time to plan – 72 hours, to be exact – you can even reserve a private chef, who can handle anything from a casual barbecue to an elegant cocktail party.

Heading out to the beach? Impress your friends and order the lunch boxes, which boast options like a chicken and kale caesar panzanella salad to house-made maple granola bars. But BYOB: that’s bring your own blanket, of course.
